These terms govern your use of services provided by SPM Strategies, LLC d/b/a VOTEGTR, located at 7950 Jones Branch Drive, 8th Floor North, Tysons, VA 22102.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the VOTEGTR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
VOTEGTR provides digital campaign services including website design and development, video advertising, social media management, email and SMS marketing, and related consulting services for Republican candidates and party organizations.
Subscription and Payment
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
Intellectual Property
Content created by VOTEGTR for your campaign — including website designs, graphics, and copy — becomes your property upon full payment. VOTEGTR retains the right to use anonymized examples of our work in our portfolio.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information for your campaign materials
- Ensuring all campaign content complies with applicable election laws
- Timely review and approval of materials we create
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Limitation of Liability
VOTEGTR provides digital marketing services and makes no guarantees regarding election outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of all content created for your campaign.
